Human Systems Architect · Nervous System Intelligence · Neurodiversity · Conscious Leadership Most consultants study human complexity from the outside. I live it from the inside. I am AuADHD — autistic and ADHD — which means I have never experienced the world the way most workplace systems were designed for. I have navigated high-performance environments, leadership demands, relentless output expectations, and the invisible tax of masking in spaces that were not built for minds like mine. I did not read about burnout in a textbook. I rebuilt myself from it. I am also an initiated shaman, oracle, and African Death and Rebirth Doula — which means my understanding of human beings does not stop at the nervous system. It goes all the way down. Into the lineage. Into the ancestral field. Into the layers of human experience that neuroscience is only beginning to name and that indigenous wisdom traditions have mapped for centuries. This is what I bring to organisations. Not a framework borrowed from someone else's research. A living, embodied understanding of what it costs a human being to show up in a workplace that does not understand them — and what becomes possible when that changes. I founded Awaken Soul Station because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, complex, high-capacity human beings being failed by the systems designed to support them. HR processes that pathologise difference. Leadership development that produces compliance instead of authority. Wellness programmes that treat symptoms while the root cause goes untouched. EAP providers equipped for the ordinary and completely unprepared for the extraordinary. I work in the gap between what those systems can hold and what your people actually need. Through nervous system intelligence, neurodiversity consulting, conscious leadership development, and human-centred workplace design, I help organisations understand the humans behind their performance metrics — and build environments where those humans can finally do what they came to do. The future of work is not about managing people more efficiently. It is about understanding them more honestly. That is what I do.
